Cancellation Policy – The Empty Chair Youth Mental Health First Aid Training – Cancellation & Refund Policy At The Empty Chair LLC, we value your commitment to learning and investing in mental health awareness. To ensure fairness and the best possible experience for all participants, please review our cancellation policy below: Participant Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the training will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future training (subject to availability). Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training are non-refundable, but participants may transfer their registration to a future session if space allows. No-shows on the day of training are not eligible for a refund or transfer. Organizer Cancellations: In the rare event that The Empty Chair LLC must cancel or reschedule a training (e.g., due to low enrollment, instructor emergency, or unforeseen circumstances), registered participants will be notified promptly and given the option to: Transfer to a rescheduled date or a future training, at no additional cost, or Receive a full refund.
